Battery is not charging

Suddenly, we realized that my PC’s battery was below 20%. I’m using a MacBook Pro, but I keep the power adapter connected, so it’s strange that the power has decreased so much.

When we looked into the status in detail, we found that the battery status column displayed “Battery is not charging”. The icon is also an “outlet” instead of a “lightning” symbol that indicates charging. When we looked it up on the internet, we found that possibilities include settings, operating load, and power adapter capacity.

One reason we can think of is that I’m charging it via a USB-C hub we recently bought.

After changing the settings and restarting, charging started, but as soon as weput a little load on it, it immediately stopped charging. Continuous monitoring.
