The problem we wrote in previous post about the texture going haywire and causing sudden death has been resolved. we thought it would take a long time to investigate, but it was solved accidentally.
Thinking that the problem might be related to the render texture, we reviewed the rendering and texture settings and searched the Internet for similar problems, but there was no improvement.
So we decided to take a screen capture of the texture created by the render texture and replace it with a simple texture for video recording. However, even this common texture caused problems. The render texture was not the cause of the problem!
In hepto, we use URP (Universal Render Pipeline) as a shader, but the above texture was caused by using the built-in shader UnLit.
We also changed the render texture material to URP’s UnLit and the problem was solved. We never thought that mixing shaders would cause this kind of problem…
